Legacy Modular Artifact Deck (needs advice)

Modular menace so friggin close to perfect

I have been building a new artifact deck recently. The deck is completely colorless with very low mana cost. I built this deck as an attempt to outpace a friends goblin deck however I have had mixed results.

The main component of this deck is to pump up small artifact creatures with steel overseers but my friends goblins have some burns spells that slow my ramp up enough to win. does anyone have any advice on way to improve this deck? I would like to keep it completely colorless if possible. Thank You
