As said in the description.Basically this one utilises cheap spells for both mill and control.Moreover, hedron crab works surely great in a starting hand.Still dunno about planewalkers though.

The real issue is even with a perfect game you are not winning by at least turn 6 or 7, and cannot do anything about your opponent just playing their deck to maximum efficiency. In legacy, some decks can win as early as turn one, and most others either win or have an excruciatingly large advantage by turn 3-4. Sad as it is, there is no way to make mill even slightly competitive in legacy.
