Mono Green Free Pumps - what you think?
Legacy Deck Help forum

I've been playing this deck for more than a year now, and it's always good! Never tried it on championships but whenever I play against Tier 1 decks I usually do really well.
It's a very cheap build, mainly cause it misses the 3x Berserk tha would make it a lot better, but since it's a budget deck I can't include it.
What you guys think? Any ideas?

Hi Dude, thanks for the comments, I really thought of those cards before, but it makes the deck slower. And as you now that we don't have the blue counters or cantrips on the monogreen, it usually turns our turn 3 ou 2 into a controlled match, making it really hard to finish the game. I use to say that, with this deck, if you don't win on turn 4 you will need some luck.
Become Immense would be fine if I had fetchs and controlling cards, that I would be using before the combo so I would fill up my cemetery, but it's not the case.
I tried the Vines of Vastwood for Llanowar Augur, I kept it for almost 4 months, but in my meta it's usually better the elf, but going to tournaments I think I would make this exchange.
Those decks (Storm mainly) are the most pain in the ass to beat with this deck. It's a straight forward race, but in a match against my friends Storm I'm having the advantage for now (around 10x5 for me).
Thanks a lot for your thoughts, I'll think about some crop rotations, since a Inkmoth can really save the day against control decks.

It seems decent if you want to keep it on a budget as it still has the core principle of aggressively racing for 10 damage. A few cards that you could consider running in the deck that should be reasonably budgeted is 1-2x Become Immense as a massive finishing pump heavily paid through delve, aswell as possibly 1-2x Crop Rotation which can tutor for Inkmoth Nexus or Pendelhaven, I would also recommend cutting the Llanowar Augurs in favor of another Vines of Vastwood from the sideboard and add 2 more instant/sorcery pumps to the main. Mono green infect will never be quite as efficient or resilient as infect due to the lack of Blighted Agent, blue cantrips, and counterspells such as Daze, and Force of Will, that can prevent an opponent from going off as well as either prevent removal or keep a clear path for you to swing into and loses out on the over the top power of Berserk due to your budget however the deck as you have it should fair reasonably well at fnm level events though it may have trouble against quick all in combo decks such as storm, belcher, and dredge.
