No creatures = benefits?

There are a lot of cards that gives you life, deals damage, draws cards equal to the number of creatures you have in play/hand/graveyard etc. BUT are there any cards that benefits you for NOT having any creatures in play/hand/graveyard? (this is for my creatureless controldeck)

Thought that might be a card that gives you an amount of life but less if you have many creatures out. Maybe for example "Gain 10 life. Lose 2 life for each creature you have in play" or something like that.

I mean, Proteus Staff lets you stack your deck if you do it to a manland?
But no, not really, nothing checks your deck or hand and few things check your graveyard.
