Note half the deck is not real and it's extremely unlikely that I will ever get to play a real t1 event or even own power.
That said this is mostly casual home tournament environment, now on to a few things.
I feel gas is a problem sometimes, I almost want more Jace than sfm and tnn.
Half the power is useless and library is only good if I stall for a couple turns and they have nothing, thinking of switching to Bazaar for better card draw utility and to power up the delve and scm.
Sofaf is there because I don't have UJ, sofai or another bskull. But it's utility is good for the untap, and discard is always good in small numbers for my group.
Sowap can end games quick and give life back but obviously sofai is the obvious best sword.
I do have a sobam but I'm not sure if the body is relevant and the mill is all but useless.
Ideally I'd run 2 bskull and 1 UJ/sofai but the untap from sofaf is nice if I have to move equipment around or hard cast a fow.
Ideas?

Type 1 is vintage, not legacy. I am unsure why this thread got moved to the legacy deck help forum by an admin.

Stoneforge Mystic is really sub-par outside of White Trash or Noble Fish. The much more insane card in U/W is Monastery Mentor, who is absolutely absurd with Gush, Paradoxical Outcome, Time Walk, Sensei's Divining Top, and planeswalkers.
You can then play maindeck Stony Silence, forcing other decks to play fair while you do stupid things, like drawing a bunch of cards and slowly closing out the game with Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Monastery Mentor.
Basically, if you're playing U/W Stoneblade in Vintage, you're just playing a worse version of U/W Mentor that loses to Stony Silence and Null Rod.
If that's not really your thing, there's also U/W Landstill. That deck is harder than a coffin nail. Difficult to pilot, but also difficult to beat. The benefit it has over Mentor is having the full list of relevant Counterspells, all the blue draw spells, all while playing 4 Wasteland and Strip Mine without mana issues.
If you're still determined to play Stoneforge Mystic, I'd go the Noble Fish route. Here is one version that's pretty solid and is running minimal power, making it a good starting point if your tournaments only allow a limited number of proxies.
