Hello, I have heard people talk about both decks and I am curious. Can someone please tell me what the difference between omni-tell and show and tell decks are?

Omni-tell uses Show and Tell to cheat out Omniscience and win by playing stuff for free - I've seen some decks run Release the Ants, Emrakul is a staple, etc
Sneak and Show uses Show and Tell to cheat Griselbrand or Emrakul into play. It also runs Sneak Attack, making it a little more resilient than omni-tell, which got nerfed when Dig Through Time got banned.
Omnitell is much cheaper - don't need any Volcs for that one

Completely different question now, how does manaless dredge fare against either deck?

Both run Show and Tell as the main engine. Omni-tell is about sneaking Omniscience into play and using that to cast all your stuffs like Emrakul, the Aeons Torn while Sneak and Show decks will lean towards Griselbrand. Both decks usually run both creatures though but depend on one specifically. Chris Vanmeter is a really good sneak and show player, if you watch videos of him playing you can get a good idea of how the deck functions. I don't know many Omni-tell players by name, but since GP Seattle was this weekend I'm sure there is lots of fresh tech to watch videos on of the 2 decks.
