Does a competitive Aggro deck exist in Legacy? If so, please share a decklist. I am looking for ideas.

Slivers, goblins, rug (Canadian)threshold, bant, mud, affinity. Soldiers and other tribal homebrews, maverick, dead guy ale, red prison/stompy decks... The list is endless as it spans 20+years, check out that site I linked and youtube. What do you play now? What color do you like playing? Which legacy staples do you own now that may get you started? Why is legacy interesting you more so than the other formats? The way the game and market is going now it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get into the eternal formats. The Pauper format is pretty close to legacy, and the decks don't cost a ton. Edh is neat and people always seem to be having fun in those games. This is always a fun exercise to see which deck fits you best.

Ur delver is one of the best. I can try to add a list later, but most are pretty stock.

chicagobearz I have played MtG pretty intensely/competitively for just over 3 years. During Khans I played Standard competitively but didn't really keep up with it after that due to budget constraints. Instead, I started playing Modern. My deck of choice in that format mono-white Soul Sisters (Flying Nuns -- Soul Sisters). When I'm not playing Modern, I play EDH.
Generally speaking I prefer aggressive decks but its not a must. I don't have any particular color preference. And I don't have any Legacy staples in my collection. Well to be honest I don't have a collection outside of my 20 constructed decks. (Its a lack of storage space thing). So, I am pretty open to aggressive, creature based deck in Legacy. I'd like to keep it budget as much as possible, but I am open to investing in upgrades in the future. That being said, I'd still rather play mono-color or two-color because Dual Lands will never be in my budget. Even if they were, I don't think I could bring myself to pay that much on a single card when I could have a powerful EDH deck for the same price.
I looked at some Death and Taxes lists but they weren't quite what I was looking for since they have a more controlling style. Right off the bat, Merfolk seems to tickle my fancy the most. What tier would you say Merfolk falls under?

UR Delver is a strong deck without a doubt, but its so popular. I like to play decks that are more unique or less played. Something that I can tweak and make my own but hopefully still finish in the top 4 of an LGS tournament. Like my Soul Sisters for example, its a well known archetype but my version's main win con is with Abzan Falconer. Which like no other Soul Sisters deck plays to my knowledge.

The short answer is no. Aggro as you might find in other formats doesnt exist in Legacy. Legacys hyper efficency has basically shuffled aggro out, between cards like Deathrite Shaman, Tarmogoyf, Batterskull. Naya Beatdown and Goblins and Suicide Black, the aggro sort of decks just cant beat such efficency.
So aggro has shifted. You now get decks like Eldrazi Aggro/Stompy that power out big eldrazi and lock pieces. Or Death and Taxes that locks up peoples mana. Zombardment that abuses recurring creatures. Pikula Pyromancer. Deaths Shadow. Or some of the more aggressive delver decks.
If you like creature based decks where you act and force your opponent to react, Death and Taxes, Mavrick, Eldrazi, Aluren, Grixis Pyromancer etc.

While not top tier competitive, creature based combo decks seem to best fit what you want. They quickly put out threats and win via the combat damage step. I would suggest looking at Sneak and Show, Mono-red Sneak, Combo Elves, and Infect. Depending on how big your store is and what your local meta looks like they could all be strong competitors, but you might get hit with incidental hate for other people's decks.

Ok, so i play actual competutve legacy. Blue red delver is absolutely an aggro tempo deck. For real. Anything that runs for real burn spells and 99pct hasty prowess creatures and pyromancers is an aggro deck. Its solid, its hyper aggressive and has a proven track record. Anyone who tells you otherwise has no idea what theyre saying. Im not a huge fan of linear aggro decks, but thats bc of my play style, not because it doesnt work. If you like nichier aggro decks, which absolutely exist, there is vial goblins, jund and just plain old burn

No one ever said UR Delver wasn't aggro. The reason we moved on from it is that OP said "UR Delver is a strong deck without a doubt, but its so popular. I like to play decks that are more unique or less played." The only comment that can be construed as saying that Delver isn't aggro was someone saying "Aggro as you might find in other formats doesn't exist in Legacy" which having to put slash tempo means that it isn't straight aggro and it is a bit different than you would find in other formats.

aaaaahhhhh. Lol. I looked back. Pardon for not reading all the post of the ones between the one I psted and the last two. I suck. Ok, then. I do stand by the rest of the niche options, then. There are still several decent examples of niche aggro. Hell, I play MUD, which comes in three varieties... combo, aggro, and prison. Big Eldrazi 12 Post, or Big MUD is the dumbest of aggro decks. My 12 post build is more combo oriented, but still feels very much like an aggro deck with good play vs. much of the meta.

What's the deck with the flusterstorm eating elemental? Now that flusters have dropped so much, it is an interesting nichie aggro deck. I haven't really thought much of it in years. It runs that forcast bird draw card and a whole bunch of other interesting odd cards in conjunction to build storm, eat the cards with the elemental and kill by t3 or 4 with force and or daze backup.
