How does Sneak and Show beat Karakas?

I was playtesting my Sneak and Show deck, and of course I ran into Death and Taxes. So I learned the hard way that I can't beat turn one Karakas.
Wat do?
Can I get away with running Wastelands? I heard somewhere that it's hard for the SnS shell to support wastes but maybe whoever that was was wrong.

Blood Moon is the obvious card of choice. Also, if you can Emrakul, the Aeons Torn most of their board away, EoT Wipe Away can clear the path for him.

Sneak Show already plays 4-6 Colorless lands, Wasteland is just not supportable.

I took a quick research trip around the internet, and from what I've found, no, SnS doesn't really have the mana base to support Wasteland.
But I also did find Stifle, Not of This World, and Blood Moon as possible tech against it. Blood Moon might be good against D&T anyway, since it shuts off a lot of their lands and can be Show and Tell'd.

Yeah, Sneak and Show just has bad game against D&T. OmniTell has a better game, but I reckon it's incredibly pilot dependent.

What about janky stuff like Avalanche Riders to Sneak in?

Pithing Needle works too. Karakas can still be tapped for , but can't send Legends to yer hand.

I play Sneak and Show as well, and there are a few ways to get around it. If they aren't pressuring you too much, go for a Sneak Attack and make sure to have 2 red sources available. They can bounce it before you attack but then you can Sneak it out again, or you get to attack and get your annihilate trigger and they prevent damage for a turn leaving nothing left on their side of the board, including their Karakas.
I run a Pithing Needle and 3 Blood Moons in my SB, but I normally don't bother bringing in Blood Moons against a mono-white deck like D&T. I also run a singleton Omniscience in my 75 to have an out to a Containment Priest and to get the extra turn on Emrakul (which also beats Karakas). Hope some of that helps!

Blood Moon is good in SnS? I've only got one Island mainboard

Blood Moon is awesome in SnS. I run more basic lands b/c I hate Wasteland- I do 3/1 split of basic Islands and a single basic Mountain. Here's my list for reference- Plain ole Sneak and Show

Stifle is a good card but not an optimal choice here. The tempo advantage of blowing up fetchlands doesn't offer much here, and most lists already carry a Flusterstorm package as an out to Storm.Blood Moon on the other hand is just a t1 scoop against a lot of decks, and Wipe Away can deal with literally any troublesome permanent and can't be countered except with a blind Counterbalance reveal.
