It's ok. I play it. You're always going to be weak to combo decks, even with Thoughtseize/Hymn/Chains/Sideboard options. Cantrips are just too strong, and you're often a bit too slow.
Deck is a lot of fun, and good against most fair decks, but it's not tier 1 or anything.

Well you could use Sylvan Library and Sensei's Divining Top for advantage. Also DRS, LoTV, and Removal make it quite powerful actually.

I play legacy jund. I think it is fantastic. But super vulnerable to storm type combo decks. Sometimes you go turn 1 thoughtseize into a turn 2 hymn into a turn 3 loss...
Other combo decks are easier to fight but still not fantastic match ups.

Jund is still a house, but not like it used to be. Methinks Sultai/BUG is a bit better due to the inclusion of for Force of Will, JtMS, and what not. Better combo matchups.

I can't afford Sultai, it is simply too expensive. If I wind up building Jund, it would be just because I'd play it in both modern and legacy.

Anything that runs Punishing Fire, Abrupt Decay and Tarmogoyf is viable in a Delver heavy format.
