Against control etc. could it be viable. Maybe in elf ball.

Also in your replies mention what deck it would be in and what deck against. Thx in advance.

I feel as if it is kind of bad. In a green deck like elves, you don't have open slots in the deck. Maybe in the sideboard it's ok but you don't want to dilute from the deck and wiff on draws. It also has a "high" mana cost and a bunch of restrictions placed on it.

Other green decks in the format just don't really want it in my opinion

I think it's costed right at 1, and could be a hilariously fun sideboard card as a 2x of or so. Mindbreak Trap is often sides in against Elves, so this could help that.

12 Post could make this a potential sideboard card as well, as a Force of Will on Primeval Titan or Green Sun's Zenith sucks. 12 Post also can side in Gaddock Teeg and we have Cavern of Souls, though.

I suppose it wholly depends on the meta and what sort of deck you're running. If no in the deck is prevalent, this could be a good, and very fun, answer to control or tempo decks.

Testing will prove for certain, of course.

Could cause some laughs as a 1-of. Unfortunately, not 100% viable.

The mass amounts of Miracle players I've played online recently have me searching for some control hate as well. Personally I love a good old Null Rod silencing the top. While Seedtime doesn't hose any specific deck, any time you could play this it would be super unexpected. Elves especially can just speed combo out for the win on that extra turn. If it was in your hand you would have to cast a "bait" spell that you need to get countered. So the card cant be great, but not bad enough that opponents wouldn't counter it. If the spell draws your opponent to counter both the "bait" and the Seedtime that could be a positive, drawing out 2 counterspells freeing up the next few turns. Throwing this in response to a end of turn brainstorm would be sick. Ultimately for legacy, meh, there is probably more relevant cards for Elves strategies to play. To me it sounds like that in casual and singleton formats this card could be really out of left field and could win you some games against blue.

I feel like it would be good in elves because if Natural Order is countered then you cast Seedtime. This gives you another potential way to go off.
