What do you think are the best two drops around these days? Worst? I'm mostly talking creatures, but you know, what goes goes.
As for worst, Smoldering Efreet is the one card I do not want to be passed in a draft.

Well in Legacy I guess the best two drop creatures would be Tarmogoyf or Stoneforge Mystic. Or maybe Snapcaster Mage?

As for the worst, Bog Initiate seems pretty bad. 2 for a 1/1 that just filters mana? Cephalid Snitch is pretty bad too.

The worst ever 2-drop creature is Shield Bearer. It's basically a 0/3 for 2 mana.
Best? There's a lot good, but I think Dark Confidant is pretty OK!

Goyf is definitely the best two drop right now by far.

I also too hope not to be passed Smoldering Efreet when playing legacy cube draft.

Goyf, Bob, Stoneforge, Snapcaster, and Eidolon of the Great Revel are all houses. SCooze is good too.

GOOD AND MY FAVOURITE: Deadly Recluse. Such efficiency, much value.
BAD AND STILL A FAVOURITE: Gloom Surgeon. I am desperately trying to find a deck for him to go him and I just cannot think of one. Though, now with Torrent Elemental released and Misthollow Griffin existing, there is more call for the cast-from-exile deck...

Yea, as far as Legacy, aeonstoremyliver named em all. Scooze is also a house in the right matchups.
As far as Standard, which I assume you were originally talking about because of the linked Efreet... there aren't really any disgustingly good two drops.
Sylvan Caryatid, Satyr Wayfinder, Fleecemane Lion, Rakshasa Deathdealer, Battlewise Hoplite, Heir of the Wilds, Seeker of the Way and Soulfire Grand Master are better two drops that see play in standard.

Stoneforge Mystic, Snapcaster Mage, Dark Confidant, Young Pyromancer and Tarmogoyf are the cycle of insane 2 drops.

Storm Crow is absolutely the best card in the format.
If you don't believe me then maybe take a minute to look at the gatherer page.
Things you can do with Storm Crow:-Win on turn 23 by itself.
-Pitch it to Force of Will.
-Fly over Phyrexian Obliterator, Progenitus and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. So you can't even stop the clock.
-Kill 1/1 soldier tokens.
-Make it indestructible with Darksteel Plate. (That's why it's banned in Commander.)
-Give it infect with Phyresis and win in TEN turns.
-Give it protection from black with the swords and it's immune to Doom Blade! or red and it's immune to Lightning Bolt!
-combos great with Islands
-can be equipped with Razor Boomerang
-you don't have to sac it to make it good like Black Lotus

JexInfinite I remember someone mentioned in the gatherer discussion that the mega-cycle of two drops are as follows:
white : Stoneforge Mystic
blue : Snapcaster Mage
black : Dark Confidant
red : Goblin Piledriver
green : Tarmogoyf
colorless : Arcbound Ravager
They are all (at least) rare. And the colored ones all cost 1 colorless + their corresponding color. Makes sense in my opinion.
