Value of graveyard hate

With delve being a big thing in legacy now that cards like Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time exist just how big of an increase in value do cards like Leyline of the Void , Rest in Piece, Relic of Progenitus ,ect have gotten? Now that you can basically expect most blue decks to be playing at close to a playset of one or the other between dig or cruise (mainly depending on their manabase) is it actually a lot less of a liability to main deck some amount of these cards now? Not a huge amount mind you but a non-zero amount.

If you're playing a deck that's ultimately trying to one-for-one with your opponent, then yes you should probably make some room in the sideboard. It just makes the match-up incredibly hard if they suddenly refill their hand.

But no I don't think it's worth dedicating mainboard slots to it. No matter how good these cards are, they are still ultimately only 2-4 cards in the whole deck and they are not a guaranteed win if they resolve. That's just not worth a card out of your maindeck, especially in a metagame as rich as Legacy.

Then again, having mainboard hate against dedicated graveyard strategies can give you some auto wins too.

You naturally will have some graveyard hate because it is so relevant in the format. You get free wins off of reanimator, dredge decks and it helps against stormish and makes goyfs small, makes snapcaster worse and makes loam less effective. I don't think it is worth siding against just to beat cruise but it's still worth dedicating a slot or two depending on your match up against these decks in general.
