40-card ratios: Normal vs. Prowess?

I've gotten used to building limited decks that have a 17 creature-6 spell-17 land ratio. For 3-color, I might trade a spell or creature for a clan banner.
In generating random theoretical sealed pools, however, I've been pulling a bunch of promising prowess cards. If I were to go the prowess route in the prerelease, what kind of ratio should I look at for creatures-spells-land?
It depends on the quality of spells that you have in your pool. In drafts, I have done as few/many as 11 creatures and 12 spells, but on average I would aim for 13-15 creatures if you have a good density of strong spells. You're not guaranteed to always draw your prowess creatures, so you need to have creatures that are independently powerful even without the aid of your noncreature spells. Thankfully there are cards that are already great on their own AND have prowess, like Jeskai Windscout and Riverwheel Aerialists.

Maybe 13 creatures 10 spells 17 lands? I am no expert but that seems pretty good to me...
