[CUBE] sweet personalized erratas to make cards playable

in my cube thats designed for maximum fun, interactive, and powerful plays
i have a couple cards i "errata'ed" to add diversity,
update a card thats no longer relevant in modern mtg,
or just boost the power level to--once again--make it relevant with the modern mtg power levels
while trying to keep the use and design of the card intact;
also i try to NEVER touch converted mana costs of the card or its abilities.
one of the best-known examples is changing Chaos Orb into a "colorless Vindicate" by taking out the flip clause,
but one of my personal examples thats very powerful is i whited out the sacrifice clause of Astrolabe to turn it into a very strong and unique manarock.
another example is i whited-out the snow land clause on Balduvian Conjurer to add versatility.
anyone else have any cool card changes or ideas?
let me know!
that does sound really sweet,
though finding people who want to revisit homelands will be rough haha

Your Astrolabe sounds too good. It's a simple infinite combo.

it is, but the Necropotence-like delayed draw mitigates a lot of the potential

If Hex Destroyed 12 things, it would probably be worse than it is now. How often will your opponent have 12 creatures?

I actually needed a cycle of enemy fetches,but didn't feel like dropiping $200-300 on them, so I used the old Mirage fetches as inspiration (see Flood Plain) & printed out an enemy cycle. They're surprisingly good for anow unpowered cube.

i found another one in my cube i like:
i whited out the "top creature card" clause to "a creature" in Corpse Dance
