So I did a draft of the Vintage Cube on MTGO and I wrote about the draft and put up the finished decklist here. I'd really appreciate it if you gave it a read and left any comments either here or on the deck itself.
I don't have any video recording software on my computer yet, so it's in writing. But once I do I'll replay the games in this draft that I 3-0'd.

When you're an Aggro deck, it's generally better to be mono-color. You can usually get away with one or two splash cards, but I prefer my White Weenie decks to stay purely White Weenie. I will play off color cards like Dismember if it comes my way, but I tend to stay mono-color.

Also, if I do end up splashing in this deck, it tends to be for black cards like Tidehollow Sculler or Sin Collector. Maybe even a Sorin, Lord of Innistrad. But I try to stay mono-color as much as I can.

Thanks. I guess it's the modern player in me that impulsively takes any and all burn cards in aggro. The aggro you built is much more controlling.

The first thing to know about the Vintage Cube is that it is less focused on creatures than the Legacy Cube. So creature removal is generally worse, and as a good Magic player you know that burn should be aimed at creatures unless you're about to win the game. (Modern Burn is an exception, but Limited runs by different rules)
Next, you can only have so many burn spells. Since Cube is singleton you won't get all the Burn spells, especially since the Red based control decks love having a Lightning Bolt to get rid of any pressure. That's why in this type of deck you're looking for Mother of Runes and will take her over almost anything. A good analogue to Modern is that my deck is the Hatebears deck. Although it can suffer since I can only have one Thalia, Guardian of Thraben instead of 4, and AEther Vial is much worse if you only have one Vial.

So basically it's get the best value for your mana with every card you can. This has been very informative. Looking forward to those videos should you choose to make them

I mean, isn't that true of all Magic? :)
That's definitely true in Cube. Cube is closer to "Limited Constructed", where you draft an archetype and take cards that further your gameplan. Limited Resources did a great episode on Cube recently that I would highly recommend. Although I do draft a deck that both LSV and Marshall say isn't that good.
Another thing to note about the Vintage Cube, is because it has power, there are some archetypes that are only viable in this cube. For example, Storm is only possible here when all the draw sevens and all the fast mana are here. This is the Cube where you can kill someone on Turn 1.
I will definitely post on T/O once I get the videos done. And if this is something people want to see more of, I wouldn't be opposed to making this an article series. I know T/O tends to be more of a Constructed crowd, but if there is demand, I can try to fulfill that demand.

This deck seems pretty weak to Wildfire. Did you have to play against a Wildfire deck in the draft? If you did, how did you beat it?

I did not play against the Wildfire deck. And if I did, I killed them before they cast it.

White/orzhov wheeny is strong partly coz everyone hands you the "useless" cards that make it work

Looking through your packs, i saw plenty of opportunity to splash either red black or green. Is that a generally bad idea?
