What are your thoughts on new set draft experience? Its pace, fun factor and archetypes?

Did you already have a chance to draft it yet? Any good builds?

Finally, what is your approach for this Shards focused set? Draft ally colors and splash the last one at the very end, go-all into one family after p1p1, or totally different?
