I looked around for a bit, and other than the wiki couldn't find a good place to read lore. What do you guys use? Preferably something I can read from my phone, but I'm not picky otherwise, as long as I can study up!
wiki.mtgsalvation is a great place to start, it's backstory pages will take you a long time to read through in its entirety.
Doug Beyer's tumblr blog is really good for getting insight in the creative aspect of mtg design.
The wizards' site's savor the flavor and uncharted realms columns are okay for short stories, but I find them really shallow for my tastes (by that I mean the stories by themselves are interesting, but they're usually about small side characters, and don't cover the extensive backstory and history/worldbuilding that interests me).

There are also the old webcomics which can be found in the multiverse section of the wizards sites, the Dack Fayden physical comics, and the e-book the Secretist, as well as numerous old books. The wizard site also includes the "A Planeswalkers Guide to X" articles, which go into more depth about the various planes.

MTG Salvation is my go to source, but I assume that is the wiki you are referring to. Directly, Uncharted Realms and the now defunct Savor the Flavor, as well ad Doug Beyer's tumblr are places you can drink straight from the source.
