Creatures that Deserve to be Legendary

There are some magic cards that just feel stiffed by the lack of the word "Legendary" on their typeline. A couple examples are Mileva (a recurring character in a popular set, with an associated instant, several flavor texts, and the leader of a whole district, Literally the ruler of an entire section of a plane, and The titular character of a highly recognizable tale, since adapted into several movies
Any other creatures (or any permanents, for that matter) that deserve to be legendary? Why?

Purely on the power of the card alone, Maelstrom Archangel

Dreamshaper Shaman definitely feels legendary. The ability, while being similar to Polymorph and its associates, has a kind of unique twist to it, especially in red.

As someone who is trying to build Brutal Hordechief, If someone asked to run Dreamshaper Shaman in their EDH deck at the table, I would 100% say that is fine.

Worldgorger Dragon for sure. Also, I guess Platinum Angel feels pretty legendary.

The nephilim are the obvious choice. But I would like to see Radiant Scrollwielder as a legend

Aladdin just brought me straight to his buddy Sindbad, if one of them should be legendary then I suppose the other should be too? Also I don’t know how to spell Shaharazad, but perhaps that one as well (is it actually an enchantment & not a creature though?)?

legendofa Alara is the plane from which all three cards that reference Ennor originate: the first and last ones you linked, Vectis Dominator and Vedalken Ghoul, are from the set Alara Reborn, the third set of the Alara block. Esper Charm is from Shards of Alara, the same block's first set. One of three things about this character is true:
1: Ennor is the Human Wizard found on Vectis Dominator and not the Vedalken Zombie found on Vedalken Ghoul. This makes the flavor text for Vedalken Ghoul feel a bit out of place.
2: Ennor is the Vedalken Ghoul, and not Vectis Dominator, and his quote is being borrowed by this human wizard. Still odd, but somewhat less so.
3: The art direction for Vectis Dominator did not specify the creature type, or its flavor text was written for a different card.
I love Alara tho- one of my fav planes.

ZendikariWol I believe Ennor is a Vedalken making a comment about the Vectis Dominator. But Ennor somehow shows up in Eldraine, according to Stonecoil Serpent.

Aladdin in particular is kind of pre-legendary, I think it would have been made Legendary today, probably along with King Suleiman and Ali from Cairo (although I'm sure more than one person in Cairo is named Ali).
Cevraya shows up in several flavor texts like Slime Molding, but doesn't seem to be developed as a character--maybe Glowspore Shaman?
There's at least two different people named Ennor on different planes, but one of them became a ghoul. I suspect the second Ennor means that the first Ennor won't get a card, despite having a simple storyline.
Outside of flavor texts, how many Worldslayers or Pearl Lake Ancients are there? No particular story reason to make them legendary, but a single lake can hold only so many giant monsters, and who makes more than one apocalypse sword?
