I have been playing MTG for about three years. My big, dark secret is that I know almost nothing about the lore of each plane. Could the Tapped Out communtiy maybe help me and others with this problem?
Here are the rules: 1 post per plane. Include major storyline events, and the block(s) the plane was featured in (if any). If there was a "return" set, explain any changes on the plane. Feel free to include plans that haven't been visited/have only been hinted at.
Thanks!

Mtg wiki is another really good place for getting caught up on lore. You can read planeswalker bios with greater detail than their profiles on the WotC site. There are also pages for individual planes which include the details you asking for here. The plane pages also include their Rabiah Scale ranking which is a 1-10 scale where 1 is very likely to be returned to and 10 is highly unlikely (in standard-legal sets).

Ravnica is my favorite plane. I won't write you a summary cause I haven't got around to finishing the last book yet, but I highly recommend reading them. I picked mine up on eBay for about $3 a piece.
Also the Aether Hub on YouTube does a series called Mtg Lore that is really good. They usually pick a character or group like Eldrazi or Elder Dragons and give a run down of all the Lore on them. Highly recommend it as well!

The individual Plane pages at Gamepedia are a good reference.
There are some pretty obscure ones, for sure!
