I want to catch up on Innistrad's and Theros' story arcs but where can I find them?

Innistrad didn't have a novel, you can find the storyarch somewhere online.

Theros novel is coming out soon. IIRC Part 1 came out the other day.

The Dack Fayden comics are set in Innistrad for a good chunk, so that's some canon published works for the plane I guess.

That is true, but it really doesn't go into the depth of why avacyn is gone, or I don't remember werewolves in the comic. I think there were a few zombies and spirits but nothing overly devastating.

the overview is alright, I would prefer a deeper look with more personal experiences of the world, like the siege of thraben, Is their anything more on par with the books? I have to say that I love Innistrad due to the Gothic Horror and Germanic inspirations.

I guess there are Uncharted Realms articles, or Savor the Flavor if that was still around in Innistrad.
