Since no one else has posted it, here is a link to today's magic story.
Today’s story was more straightforward than most of the others have been; the plot was not especially deep nor the antagonist a well-developed character, but I still enjoyed it for the feeling of friendship and camaraderie that was felt among the main characters. As I predicted, this story focused on members of the Selesnya guild, and it was also nice to have an appearance by the Orzhov, my favorite of all the guilds.
I wonder if the gold-making machine shall be important, again? The pontiff who was using it likely did not realize that gold (or any precious metal) is valuable because it is rare and takes greater time and effort to be extracted from the earth and refined; if a machine can make it easily, it is practically worthless.
I have had debts in the past (student loans for college and a loan for one of my cars), but they are all paid off, and I am glad that my debts were never as severe as those held by the Orzhov, although it would also be nice if I could escape from my debt as easily as did the characters in this story.
Given the artwork on certain Selesnyan wurms, I think that Ambrellin's comment about "riding a wurm...without protection" was definitely a subtle (or not-so-subtle) double entendre.
Apparently, the story shall be taking a hiatus until December, so I wonder what shall happen when it returns? Will the Gatewatch arrive on Ravnica, or will there be stories for the other five guilds?
What does everyone else have to say about this story?

Yes, the pontiff was actually the one who caused the building to collapse and Terrik was in the wrong place at the wrong time which resulted in him being accused instead.

Flooremoji, RicketyEng, why did the pontiff destroy one of his own guikld's citadels? Was he attempting to find the missing piece of the machine?

DemonDragonJ I think its more cannon that he's essentially expanding this underground cavern with reckless abandon, being more a greedy necromancer/lawmage than an architect. He just expanded too close to the citadel and then some slight tremors from a wurm knocked it over.

I enjoyed the story also, but some things didn't make sense to me. When the Orzhov pontiff cast the spell that made our main character say who he was, Orzhov pontiff says In the wrong place at the wrong time or something of that sort, did he mean that he and not our main character cause the destruction of the building?
