Nahiri's whereabouts?

As far as I can find, Nahiri went looking for Sorin the last time we saw her. Stirring from Slumber
The last I found on Sorin is when he released Ugin from his hedron cocoon on Tarkir. Sorin's Restoration
We also see Ugin asking Sorin of Nahiri's whereabouts and Sorin not wanting to divulge what he knew about her.
So my questions are; do we know anything pertaining to where she is and what happened between her and Sorin? Is there an article I missed? What's speculated?
We know Ugin is/was on Tarkir, Jace talked to him, and we know all the planeswalkers currently on Tarkir.
I'm curious as to when/if Sorin and Nahiri may be dropping in and also what's up with Nahiri.

DeathChant17 like FatherLiir said it is unknown exactly what happened to nahiri though the story with Ugin and Sorin clearly indicates that she is alive. I believe shadows over innistrad will reveal what happened to her has Jace searches for Sorin and Nahiri. Though I'll admit I have a couple theories on the matter:
1st: Nahiri has become either vampiric and is disgusted with herself and furious with Sorin. Why do I believe this? Nahiri is kor who are mortal and would there for suffer from old age as a neowalker similar to liliana after the mending gained her "immortality" through demonic contracts she may have been dying and gained hers from Sorin. However being revolted by her change she became mad and hated herself and Sorin and is currently somewhere plotting revenge. This is the one I want to be most likely though the other has a special place in my heart also.
2: Nahiri is Avacyn. Similar to the Nahiri dying and Sorin reviving her though this time he may have taken her memories or she lost them post mending only finding / remembering Sorin. I mostly have thought of this to give myself a logical answer to Avacyn maybe being a planeswalker in the future.(Fingers crossed)
@FatherLiir what is your theory? I am very interested to hear it since there has been more discussion on reprints in shadows then there has been lore wise.

The last we saw of her was her planeswalking away from Zendikar, presumably in search of Sorin.

Thanks to the recent Shadows over Innistrad spoilers, it's been confirmed that Nahiri is on Innistrad trying to screw over the plane to get back at Sorin.

At least a somewhat freshly leaked out card's flavour text suggest that very strongly...

A theory, somewhat based on that above bit of flavour text:
She used the power of the hedrons (or other some such) to lure Emrakul to Innistrad to get revenge on Sorin. She might even have allied herself with Emrakul, if such a thing is even possible.

Intriguiging notion. I honestly would not mind Emrakul showing up soon (and being promptly dealt with). I'm getting a little bored with the Eldrazi menace being a central plot device. It would be fun to have some new antagonists. Heck, even the return of Bolas could be fun. He's never gotten old to me.

Why would Nahiri be angry at Sorin? Surely, she does not blame him for the Eldrazi attacking Zendikar? And, surely, she must know that attacking Sorin's home plane will not repair the damage done to her home plane? She is being very irrational, in my mind.

Its entirely possible that Eldrazi can be killed, and weren't because Ugin, and Sorin wanted to use their powers (for example Ugin could use it against Bolas, and Sorin to create Avacyn).They were well could have tricked Nahiri, and if this is the case she maybe realised whats going on and tries to take revenge.

Basically, no one knows for sure. The same way we have no idea where Daretti is either. Or What's up with Bolas. Or what's happening with Koth and Karn after New Phyrexia.
I am hopeful that Shadows over Innistrad will reveal more information about the original three planeswalkers who took on the Eldrazi. My own working theory is a little dark about what's happened to Nahiri and I hope it's absolutely true.
