Planeswalkers and passengers?

Are planeswalkers capable of bring non-planeswalkers with them when they planeswalk? And if so, what are the limitations of bringing tag-alongs? And how many instances are there of planeswalkers doing this?
I believe planeswalkers simply can't bring others with them without the aid of other equipment (though this is after planeswalkers lost their godlike power, before who knows what they were capable of...).
For instance Venser was working on such a device that could planeswalk many people before he was abducted by Koth, this implies that planeswalkers lack the ability to take others (and I think the weatherlight was also a device that could planeswalk non planeswalkers).

The weatherlight was during the pre-Mending era of planeswalkers so I'm pretty sure Urza had a part in planeswalking the weatherlight with all of its passengers.

Urza would probably be an example of godlike planeswalker time, it might also be worth noting that Mirrodin was almost entirely populated with abducted races from different planes and Memnarch wasn't even a planeswalker.

Canonically, the mending took away a walker's power to planeswalk. There are strange fringe cases (someone brought up a time when Jace planeswalked with a spirit. Supposedly this happened in AoA so if someone read it please speak up), but generally P/W's can't bring non-walkers.
Memnarch forcefully populating Mirrodin with outsiders also happened premending, but he could probably do it postmending if he still existed, since he did it with technology, not with the help of a planeswalker spark. Technology would have been unaffected by the mending, so the old Phyrexian planeswalking ships would still be functional, like the one Venser was working on prior to SoM's plotline. For the comic readers, Koth became angry at Venser because of this, because the implications of this technology existing would mean the Phyrexians (who were currently invading his home plane) would then be able to invade other planes via these planeswalking ships. Interestingly enough, it hints at Phyrexia in the past, which did have access to these ships, and used them to invade Dominaria thousands of years ago.

you cannot planeswalk a non-planeswalker as is, the chaotic AEther would kill them, even planeswalkers can be killed by being in the chaotic AEther for to long is my understanding of it

Urza did this all the time, although he had to manipulate those he brought with him. When transporting many people between planes, he would turn them all to stone and then turn them back when they were on the other plane and safe. That's about as far as my knowledge goes on the subject though.
