This week's story has been posted.
I disliked the mention of maaka feces early in the story, but the Gruul are the closest to nature of all the guilds and would never allow a potential resource to be wasted.
On that subject, I very much liked how this story shows that each guild has both positive and negative aspects; i.e., not all of the Gruul are violent savages and the Selesnya, despite revering the sun, do have some darker aspects to their nature.
I was very disappointed that Dryzek did not challenge Ruric Thar for leadership of the Ghor Clan, but I am glad that Arrus discovered his rage and was able to convince the clan to strike back at the Selesnya for damaging their land.
Given that the story ended with the Grrul preparing for war, I shall presume that they shall play a major role in the story in the near future.
Did anyone else enjoy this week's story? What do you have to say about it?
This story actually seems good for giving insight into the clans of the Gruul and how they work. For some clan that doesn't have a huge number of hierarchical structures, it sure does seem to have a lot of roles for different clan members. Additionally, we get some insight into how the changes in the clans may go (for example, Ruric AND Thar may lose their position to Dryzdek).
Also, it's interesting to see how Selesnya could be evil and selfish in their own special way.

I enjoyed the Gruul short story, it gave a little bit of context to the cards that we see in the set.
Rampage of the Clans seems to be the aftermath of that story.
The question is for the larger story - is Bolas behind this insurrection, given he somehow has Domri in his pocket?
