Soulflayer and Kalista, The Spear of Vengance... am I crazy for thinking they are very similar flavor wise

Both absorb souls into themselves to become more powerful

Both are far away from morals and ideals associated from Good/White Mana; Vengeance is pretty black to me.

Both I think are very OP but that's a mechanic thing not so much a lore-wise thing.

I would just like to see an "Uncharted Realms" story featuring our newest Demon explaining why flavor wise he becomes what he devours.

So.... how crazy am I?

I do not think so at all.

Dark souls players, does he look like the Skeleton lords or the last giant?

Man... Ok I can't just walk away from this one since I used to be a league player. I don't want to sound condescending here but I just want to point out there are many possible roots for soul eating demon thingies. For instance, Soulflayer with its 4 arms reminds me of a depiction of the hindu Pisacha demon.

I don't know who this kalista is but go read a book dammit you're making league players sound like our world revolves around league and we're ignorant or something.

Now if you excuse me I have to go look at skins and get my first win on my main and 3 scrub accounts. Then watch some twitch streams.

@Boza I guess he could be The Last Giant, but he really reminds me of the Flexile Sentry.

Dude, he looks like the giant fucking "I'MMA KILL YOU, I'MMA KILL YOU REAL BAD YOU'LL RUN AND CRY TO YOUR MAMA" skeleton from Tales of Symphonia.

But that's only because it's got 4 arms and a weapon in each arm. No other connection would have been made otherwise.
