So how does Tasigur not completely screw over his clan in the original Khans timeline?

Here is the link to the story I am referencing:

In the story they talk about how Tasigur, the Golden Fang essentially screws up by pissing off the rakshasa and the nagas that are part of his clan. They abandon him the clan loses much of their necromancy magic in the process. This forces him to become subservient to the dragon Silumgar, the Drifting Death which helps put into motion the events of Khanfall.

My question is, in the original timeline, how does Tasigur, the Golden Fang not piss off the rakshasa and the nagas so that the clan stays functional enough to hunt Silumgar, the Drifting Death 's brood to extinction? Or, if it does happen, does Tasigur, the Golden Fang join Silumgar, the Drifting Death but Khanfall never happens since the khans never needed to meet in one place? And after this, does Tasigur make peace with the rakshasa and the nagas so that they can bring to fight to the dragons. Is the deal make by Tasigur giving up leadership of the clan to the nagas?

Any ideas you guys have on the subject would be great as I feel that the khan side of the story for the sultai is lacking...

In khanfall, the naga seemed to be directly serving Silumgar, so maybe in the original timeline, the naga wanted to be on the winning side and just rode the wave and took control. Maybe they did the same thing in the alternate timeline.

As I understand it, when they kill Ugin, dragons stop being produced by the mana storms, thus they are able to whittle them down and kill them off.

With ugin put to sleep instead, the storms continue, as such the clans aren't able to win and thus come together which lets Banana-boy betray them which sets into motion the events of Dragons.

It probably has something to do with the fact that Yala, the dragon-slayer, wouldn't have slayed the dragon in the original timeline because the tempests died out.

In the original timeline, I think, he still screws over his Clan somehow.
I mean, after all, a Naga (Sidisi, Brood Tyrant) is Khan of the Sultai in the original timeline.

It's because the naga always ruled the sultai. They just allowed the humans to believe they did. Then Tasigur started being a little shit so the naga be all "screw humans all they're good for is being zombies" and left Tasigur to fend for himself. At that point is where the timeline diverges.

Towards Khans the dragons start dying out and Tasigur makes his appeal to Silumgar only to get eated and the naga take the dragons out.

Towards Dragons, Tasigur makes his appeal to Silumgar and delivers the clans.

Well said, Sir.
But he does play a nice role as necklace with Dragonlord Silumgar.

During the original timeline, he tripped on a zombie head and impaled himself on his own banana before he could do anything stupid.
