MTGsalvation wiki has logs and collections of all backstory, as compiled from flavor text, books, and comics.

I know Garruk used to be a farmer's son, but his dad was killed by soldiers because he refused to let Garruk get conscripted. Garruk ran away into the nearby forest, where he was raised by baloths, and eventually got revenge on the soldiers who killed his dad.
The struggle almost killed him however, and that's when his spark ignited. Sometime after, he had an encounter with liliana. Lili was searching for the chain veil, which was an incredibly powerful black mana artifact, for her own purposes. Along the way, Lili used necromancy to revive some of the dead beasts in the area. Garruk, seeing this as an abomination, attacked Lili, but she used the power of the chain veil to corrupt Garruk.
Coincidentally, this is how Garruk, the Veil-Cursed Flip and Liliana of the Veil are created, which leads up to the Innistrad story.

Sarkhan Vol comes from an unnamed plane that used to be teeming with dragons. Its inhabitants respected their power, but the nobles of the land would hunt dragons as a test of strength, which eventually drove the dragons to become extinct. Sarkhan had already developed his spark by then, so he left his homeplane in search of other dragons.
This brought him to Alara, where he searched for a powerful dragon that he could bond with and worship. This led him to Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker , who basically enslaved Sarkhan with his superior mental magic. After which, Sarkhan became Bolas's pawn, running errands for him. His last mission, in Zendikar, was to release the Eldrazi from their prison, for an unnamed purpose.

Domri Rade
is a Ravnican native. He was really scrawny as a kid, but aspired to be a part of the Gruul Clans. During a fight, his planeswalker spark ignited when he called beasts to aid Borborygmos, leader of the Burning tree clan and the Gruul in general. Borborygmos, seeing Domri's power as being more than physical, and respecting his shamanistic ability, made Domri a member of the Gruul.
(Out of the three, my knowledge of Domri is the foggiest, so apologies if any of this is innacurate. It was all off the top of my head)

Thanks That's what I wanted to know. =D can't wait to here story behind 2014 set

Core sets tend to not have storylines. The idea behind them is that they're filled with generic fantasy cards, which could fit in any setting. What wizards has done though, is introduce the five settings that relate to each color (Thune, Evos Isle, Xathrid, Valkas, and Kalonia) as generic fantasy settings that they can plug anywhere.
Lots of cards reference these places (Archangel of thune, Xathrid Gorgon , Kalonian Behemoth ) and you'll only find them in the core set right now. It'd be cool to see what wizards comes up with.

As Krayhaft said, the core sets are kind of general. They don't have story arcs like the blocks do. Rather, they are meant primarily to support the Standard environment with useful, but not necessarily flavorful cards. As a result, core sets tend to be designed for functionality rather than flavor.

I read on MTGsalvation wiki that Domri ended up on Naya after being buried alive in Utvara, on his way to get the Rubblebelt Clan. Then almost was killed by a gargantuan and ended up telling his story about his home world to the Nayans, and his visiojn of his world became so strong he was pulled back to Ravnica.

There's an Uncharted Realms story for Domri Rade. Here is the link to the first part: http://www.wizards.com/Magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/ur/232.

Some of the places such as thune and valkas are actually on the plane of Shandalar. although that is as far as my knowledge on that stretches. And I read the same thing the3rdH0kage. As to his being buried alive, it is apparently a right of passage for the clan he was trying to be initiated into.

Thune, Valkas, Kalonia, Xatrhid, and Evos Isle are all places on Shandalar. They correspond to white, red, green, black, and blue magic areas, respectively.
