I think you are right. Nahiri is probably trying to lure Emrakul to Innistrad. When Sorin killed Avacyn, something big happened for Nahiri's plan. I believe that the amount of mana used to create Avacyn being dispersed at once could be enough to draw in Emrakul, who in Blind Eternity form could be the size of the Eldritch Moon. I wonder where Sorin is in his card. He is holding a sword so maybe he is going to fight Nahiri
