Will Jace or Chandra Ever Return to their Home Planes?

Among the new the planes that were introduced in Magic: Origins, I was particularly interested in Vryn and Kaladesh, since they are new planes that have never been seen, before, and I especially like how they are polar opposites of each other: one is a utopia in which technology has made life luxurious for everyone, but a powerful government has tyrannical control of everything, and the other is an apocalyptic wasteland where the remnants of a once-mighty civilization are now fighting for control over what little technology and resources remain.
I do hope that WotC has full blocks on those planes at some point in the future, and an excellent way to have such blocks would be for Jace and Chandra to return to their home planes, since it has been heavily implied (although not explicitly stated) that neither of the has ever return since their initial departure.
Although neither Jace nor Chandra has ever expressed any desire to return to their home planes, I doubt that WotC shall waste such a great opportunity to tell an interesting story, and is likely saving such an idea for a future product.
What does everyone else say about this? Will Jace and Chandra ever return to their home planes, or will there otherwise be blocks set on those planes?

What do you mean by "happen upon?" It is his home plane: how would he "happen upon it," rather than deliberately choosing to return there?

Well, it wasn't just Old Hammer Time that did it. Jace didn't exactly do good things to his brain by continually erasing his own memories either.

LiveForChaos Jace erased it himself, and continued to erase things throughout the years

I thought that Jace erased his own memories, to prevent Alhammarret from doing so? And did he not recover his memories before he was flung away?

so it goes "My bad, Jace accidentally wiped some..."
then "Brad7986, DemonDragonJ, ItchiUchiha117 Nah, he only..."?

So Jace = reverse Arnold Schwarzenegger from Total Recall? That seems to explain a lot. Memory wiping is in the boat of time travel - confusing and illogical.

So, Jace does not remember his home plane? Then it definitely would be an interesting idea for him to unintentionally return there, and have his memory of it return.

PLOT TWIST: Kaladesh is Vryn hundreds of years in the future, after the revolt against the government happened, most of the tech was destroyed, and everyone are pissed off now and chaotic, hence the switch to red mana and mentality.
Chandra just somehow unknowingly traveled back in time one of the first times she planeswalked, going back to the "present" timeline.

or rather the other way around, Vryn is Kaladesh in the future and Jace went back in time. if he erased his memories then he erased the knowledge that he time traveled too.

I think we will likely return to Vryn. It has story potential for Jace and the lore is somewhat intereting.
But I leke Khaldesh even more. I am a sucker for steampunk and i love the thopters subtheme. It would be interesting to see how the other colours interact with artifacts. Perhaps other types of artifact tokens?
