Will there Still be One-Shot Stories?

I like how WotC is now writing an epic, multi-arc-spanning story, the likes of which has not been seen in this game since the Weatherlight saga, but I do also hope that there shall still be one-shot stories on occasion.

Whenever a core set or supplemental product, such as Cionspiracy or Commander was released in the past, there would be Uncharted Realms articles related to those products, and some of them were very nice, but they usually did not connect to any other stories. I liked that, since they did not require long-term commitment by the readers, and their relatively short duration required the writers to really put great effort into writing them.

Again, I am enjoying he vast scale of the Battle for Zendikar block, and the fact that the Eldrazi menace shall not end with it, as the other two Eldrazi titans are threatening the multiverse, elsewhere, (plus, both Nicol Bolas and Phyrexia shall definitely feature in large-scale, multi-arc stories) but I do hope that WotC still features one-shot stories in Uncharted Realms on occasion.

What does everyone else say about this? Will WotC still write one-shot stories for their weekly UR entries?

I bet we'll see some one-shots, but let's stick with the story so far.

I expect we could see some one shots as the new commander sets launch

I expect more one shots, with Origins being the last core set they need to have something to fill the void.

The Eldrazi, the Phyrexians, and Nicol Bolas are the three greatest threats to the multiverse right now, so those will be the multi-arc stories.

TheNextRedDude, those are my thoughts, exactly, but I still would like to see one-shot stories focusing on minor characters, perhaps for some of the generals in this year's Commander product.
