Will Zendikar Rising at Least Acknowledge the Battle Against the Eldrazi?

Mark Rosewater has said that Zendikar Rising is a return to the adventure with which the player fell in love, which is perfectly fine, but I am worried that that set may completely ignore the battle against the Eldrazi and pretend that that event never happened, so I do hope that that set at the vert least shows the plane and its inhabitants rebuilding after that catastrophic battle.
What does everyone else say about this? Will Zendikar Rising at least acknowledge that the battle against the Eldrazi occurred?
Really they can choose any spot in their timeline. Many years in the past or future are always a possibility.
If it is set soon after the destruction; how can they not? I'm sure the inhabitants are rebuilding and exploring an almost foreign land now in the aftermath of the artificial invasion. (I say artificial since Ugin, Nahiri, and Sorin orchestrated the whole thing to trap them there)
I'd hope that all the people and creatures would work together; but they may instead be battling for control over the various lands available

There were hints seeded in the BFZ stories to lay the foundation for a return where Zendikar is regrowing. There will be plenty of evidence of the destruction but the focus of the set will be on adventure and exploration in order to recapture what originally made Zendikar a great plane to visit.

There will be references I think in the form of the "what's left after". Lands were destroyed/transformed, and now you have Horrors (see Yarok, the Desecrated most likely not the only one), and probably a few leftovers if not in creature form then depicted in spells (likely kill spells).
Also a prediction: Omnath gains a color and its Omnath Vs Yarok at some point. XD

Omnath, Locus of the Roil would probably add both white and black if it adds any colours at all this time. Neither white nor black are particularly Elemental.

StopShot, I hope for such cards to return, as well.
KorandAngels, elementals are one of the few creature types that appear in all colors, although you are correct that black and white seem to have fewer elementals than do the other three colors, since those colors have less of a focus on nature than do the others.

As it's adventure world I suspect the "adventure" for our hero's will be to travel to the core of the waste and try to jump start the life on Zendikar. In doing so I would expect to still see some Eldrazi around as they are dying out. I don't think that with the Titans gone that all of there brood just vanish but maybe that they have lost direction and maybe even a sense of cohesion.
