Question in title. I am making a exile deck
(ex.
Cranial Extraction
,
Jester's Cap
, etc)

I'm not sure this is going to work the way you want it to. There are ways to cast the Bitter Ordeal while the Hellcarver Demon trigger is on the stack but it is going to resolve first so you won't get the Gravestorm benefit from the permanents the Demon makes you sacrifice.
Unless I'm missing something in the interaction

In response to the trigger you'll have the same issue with resolution. Your best bet is to ensure that Bitter Ordeal is in the top 6 of your library so any tutor that allows you to search and leave the card on top of the library would work. Something like Cruel Tutor or Imperial Seal would do the trick.

Only way to pull it off is have a way to put Bitter Ordeal on top of library, and have a permanent that draws you a card when it is sacrificed or dies, or draws a card when a creature comes into play. Solemn Simulacrum in play would work, Vampiric Tutor could put ordeal on top of library. Just would need to "float" the mana to cast the ordeal.

You don't need mana to cast the ordeal though, pskinn01. Once Hellcarver Demon exiles the top six cards, those can be cast without paying their mana cost. The only thing that needs to happen for sure is Bitter Ordeal on top of the library

Forgot that part. Yes, don't need the draw either. Just make sure it's in top six cards. So just need the tutor.

Personal Tutor let's you specifically look for a sorcery as well so there is another option

If we branch out into blue:
Mystical Tutor
is another option.
You could also use
Demonic Tutor
, then any
Brainstorm
effect. Which works if you draw into it also.
If you need to be more consistent you can also use
Merchant Scroll
to get one of the other tutors.

I'd love to see the deck resulting from this. Any rough list so far?

Thanks :) very interesting idea, and I understand what the demon is for. If I get it right, bitter ordeal doesn't do that much for you now as gravestorm counts permanents, not permanent card. I think you got some ideas on how to get the combo going, but how about some recurrable lands to still be able to cast something after the demon trigger? Oh, and I feel like Rakdos, the Showstopper could do a similar thing for you if you were to splash red.
