Budget Snow Swans

Hi guys,

I always loved Swans of Bryn Argoll, so when I saw this deck I knew I had to build one.

I'm trying to stay on a budget, so I'm sticking to UR instead of UWR. This is my try, the Scalding Tarn, Steam Vents, Serum Visions, Remand, Spell Snare and Snapcaster Mage are there because I already own them, but I don't have money to buy more.

Delver of Secrets  ^Flip is there because I don't know what to run instead of Soulfire Grand Master and Dragonlord Ojutai. I hope you can help me out.
