Could I tweak tribal unicorns to work?

I built this deck: Unicorn Code of Military Justice on here a while ago as a fun idea I had, but recently I have considered assembling the cards for it IRL.
The problem is, I don't play enough casual Magic outside of commander to warrant actually buying up the cards necessary. This is where I need help. Does there seem to be a way to make this competitively viable enough to at least not get roflstomped out of my LGS, or should I ditch the idea altogether?

Yeah, I was thinking that might be the case. I guess I'll just sit on it until unicorns get a decent member to play.

If you want my honest opinion I say ditch the deck. I don't imagine this winning more than 10% of matches against any tier 1 or 2 modern decks.
