I recently found out about the fun combo of Clock of Omens + Winter Orb . I have been wondering if its to slow for modern... i have been working on my deck and have the core down(here is my deck so far hate-combos), but i am still lacking a real way of finishing the game. Any suggestions? HELP IS NEEDED

Sorry to be that guy, but this is not a deck. This i simply a prison package, without any support cards - as it is its far too slow for modern. If you create a proper shell around it it may be good enough, however i am not an expert of prison deck, to give any advice on this front.
P.s.: Denying all mana past turn 4 very often accomplishes nothing, as many many aggro (even some midrange) decks will happily beat you to death with the stuff they got on the field in the first 3 turns - so you need to find some way to do something against that - and some way to survive the artifact hate that is going to come out of the sideboard for game 2 & 3.

Like has already been said, WO is not modern. Also Gamble is not modern legal. I would suggest you find a different shell with different hate cards. the closest I can think of is Grixis Whir, and Mono-Red Prison. Both are extremely over your Hate Combos decks budget.

Also, I'm the first to admit I'm not that familiar with artifacts. How do you defend vs spells or a pummeling?

Mitzy someone posted this on the tappedout Discord, I felt like this was similar to what you were trying to accomplish; WinterVise Burn.
(Also within the appropriate legal format). Maybe this helps you get some ideas, or even is just the kind of thing you might be interested in building to play around with. I've built the list myself and love it to bits, a red prison deck without blood moon is like having no bread for your butter, but this guy made it really work.

Winter Orb isn't modern legal. It's legal in Legacy and Commander though.
