Take a look at my new modern elves primer! New turn three win :)
I know of Vizier combo. I understand it's very effective, I just like old school elves :) arguably with that build you could win turn two. I don't find infinite mana combos fun though. It makes the deck reliant on those cards.
Edit: my bad, not turn two. Forgot devoted Druid was two cost. Point still stands though

I mean, technically you can get a turn 2 kill in elves depending on your list, but it doesn't need the vizier combo.
T1: Land, Sentinel (5 cards in hand)T2: Draw (6 cards in hand), Sentinel, heritage (4 cards), tap all for sentinel, untap both sentinels, tap out for visionary (3 cards, 1 floating), untap, visionary (3 cards, 2 floating), visionary (3 cards, 3 floating), mystic (2 cards, 5 floating), craterhoof. All get +10/+10, swing with 3 12/12 sentinels and 15/15 hoof
Obviously this will never happen, but it is possible.

Is there a reason it doesn't play Devoted Druid + Vizier of Remedies ? I feel like that combo is much more consistent at getting turn three wins than the Rites. Here are some lines:
T1-Land, anything
T2-Land, Devoted Druid
T3-Land, Chord for a Vizier, make infinite mana, cast or Chord for an Ezuri, GG
OR
Vizier, make infinite mana, cast or chord for Ezuri, GG
Basically if you have Devoted Druid and some combination of Vizier, chord, and Ezuri in hand, you get a t3 kill.
