Filth and Entomb banned?

Tapped out tells me that Filth and Entomb are banned in modern... but I dont see that anywhere on gatherer.. Anybody know what list they use?

It's because they've never been printed in a Modern-legal set.

in the future, its probably best to look to gatherer for legality on cards because tappedout is not always correct. you can search for a card and click the sets and legality tab at the top of the screen. if modern is not listed then the card was not printed in a modern legal set.

Filth and Entomb have not been printed in a Modern set (stand alones like Duel Decks and Conspiracy do not count).
