So I am going to be playing in a pptq tomorrow and ny friend says to expect alot of burn. My meta doesnt play burn so whats the most effective sideboard card for burn. Feed the Clan Dragon's Claw or Thragtusk?

Thragtusk might come in too late against burn, because it will come in no sooner than t4. So I would say no to Thragtusk and say either of the other two could be okay.

I like Nature's Claim and Spellskite. I have found that once you get Wurmcoil Engine down its hard to loose, so the match-up shouldn't be too bad for you.

so you natures claim your own artifacts? seem inefficient but ok . and well yeah wurmcoil is great but ur dead if ur not on the play before u can even play it

That's why U-Tron is better. Lol. But in all honesty, you could probably run Platinum Emperion in the side with Feed the Clan or something. Emperion screws burn way harder than Angel, and if you can stall into him with Feed the Clan, you could be okay.

I like Thragtusk, Nature's Claim, and Spellskite, but I never thought of using Platinum Angel.

the problem with the angel and empieron is that they die to Destructive Revelry

Hopefully they're bad and won't board those game 2.
That is true, though. There isn't much Burn where I am, so there's room for Thragtusk in my sideboard. But I'm never disappointed to see him when I do play Burn except when I can't play him.

I wouldn't play Thragtusk because you can't cast it until turn three anyway. If you eat their Goblin Guide and Monastery Swiftspear with Pyroclasm, you can then follow up with Witchbane Orb on three.
You're already boarding in Platinum Angel, Spellskite, additional Wurmcoil Engines, and Nature's Claim to deal with Blood Moon. If you really want more, Dragon's Claw and Witchbane Orb are your next best bets.

Tron normally boards in Nature's Claim, Spellskite, Thragtusk, Feed the Clan, occasionally Platinum Angel vs Burn. I personally think Claim is the most versatile option (you can also board it in vs. Twin and other appropriate matchups), but Spellskite is solid as well. I would avoid Feed.
