Help refining this land matter/ some counter spell modern simic deck

Hi there I would like your opinion on this I put together for a friend. I want the deck to be somewhat competitive but under a budget. The deck is in simic where lands matter. So I have stuff that helps get it out faster. I have some payoff but I feel like that part might need some work. If you could help me refine this deck more I would appreciate it.
You need to define what you want as the deck is very much all over the place, in the sense that there are too many cards that don't work with each other, thus you can "draw the wrong half" - cards that don't work together - and lose as a result without needing help fro mthe opponent.
First and foremost you need to decide what you want.
If you want immediate power, then read up on the titan decks.

If you want to play the best value cards for every cmc - like a proper midrange deck - then look up sultai uro "control" lists (recently everything that contains blue is branded control)

Or if you really want to lock down the game, always have answers, and win in one big swing then i recommend mucking around with wilderness reclamation decks - i have a reference lists, and some cards that have been printed since that may be relevant
