Kinda budge Grixis Twin Delver deck

I'm trying to make this deck budget but still making it competitive. Obviously the noticeable difference is that theres no snapcasters. As far as the deck goes I think its not bad and will do good at FNM. The only thing I was debating on was switching Terminate with Izzet Charm. Oh and I'm not sure if Thought Scour belongs in here without snap, Although it would help with the delver aspect. I dont have to much experience playing this kind of deck, as I mostly play naya burn so any suggestions would be appreciated. Heres my deck Grixis Delver Twin Budget
