Kolaghan's Command in black Burn decks?

I'm trying to brew up a Jund colored burn deck, and after seeing Kolaghan's Command in a lot of Grixis decks all of a sudden, I'm wondering if it could be useful in burn.
Kolaghan's Command is seeing play because it's good at grinding out value, which is precisely the kind of game Burn isn't looking to play. Think of it this way, Lava Spike and Kolaghan's Command are on two separate ends of the spectrum of game plans. Even out of the sideboard it's just a worse Smash to Smithereens in the most likely place you'd side it in. As for Abrupt Decay and Terminate, burn is a critical mass deck. You need to assemble enough spells to make 20 damage. Everything in the maindeck needs to go the face or attack for damage, and only in dire needs do you dilute after sideboard.

I agree to some extent to what Slycne is saying. Out of the sideboard, smash to smithereens is better in certain situations, but I've been thinking about command for the main deck. I do like the idea of having command killing both an ornithopter and a plating. Having the option of bringing back a goblin guide and shoot for two, or destroy an artifact and shoot for two, seems like very good options. I would see this as a good main deck card to sideboard out against more specialized cads, but due to its cost, maybe not play more than two. Three mana is alot though. I think I would need to test the card in a daily to be sure.
I don't like the idea of having removal spells in the deck that does not deal damage. Your best chance against decks like Abzan is to make sure they don't regain life, and then just hope to run faster than them.

I feel like Kolaghan's Command would be great in the side board but I'm not really sure it's good enough to garner a main board status. Not sure about the other two.
