I think the maindeck is set, unless I happen upon a steal on one more Eidolon of the Great Revel or some Vexing Shushers. My sideboard is sad, but I'm not sure where to go with it. With the recent Blood Moon buyout/spike, I don't think I'll be getting any more of those unless they are borrowed.

So, MTG gurus, am I completely asking for a beating with this deck, or have I given myself a fighting chance? The last time I waded into modern, it was with little hope of winning and a budget deck (sometime during RTR standard.) Now that I've got some modern staples going on, am I doing it right?

Well, Boil is strictly better than Boiling Seas. Although I can't see you casting either with only 18 land

@Unforgivn_II I did say my sideboard was sad. On the upside the worse cards are cheap.

My 2 cents, but if you're going to play Goblins in Modern at least go all out with the go wide Dragon Fodder, Mogg War Marshal, Krenko's Command, etc into Shared Animosity style. Otherwise you're just kind of a bad burn deck.

A 4 cent difference seems trivial...

I wasn't trying to be snarky either. Its just a suggestion

@Unforgivn_II They're almost equally bad, and I would have picked up Boil if it was in stock at my LGS: I went through the 8th binder before the 9th.
