Counter card advice- Mono blue help

Mono Blue Aggro-control I haven't played much modern, but I tacked together this mono blue deck with the intention to stall with counter spells and tap-target spells long enough to build a strong force in the air. I have cards in the deck that are really just filler. I eventual what to replace cards like Write into Being and Pin to the Earth with removal or counters, but I don't have any lying around and I don't know what the best cards to look for are. I need some advice on removal cards to add, removal cards that could be substituted for better ones, maybe some better flyers, and what my side board should look like. Any insight would be awesome.
