Made some changes after receiving a large donation of Modern commons/uncommons. Still needs works, and yes I know... one of's...

The life gain is meant to slow down my opponent long enough to Impact their life with Extort/Angels tokens/and maybe a wall blowing up in their face.

As before I am aware of the one-ofs just like to know if there are any budget cards to improve. What cards should/can stay and what should just not be. Also Land base, are there any budget dual lands that have the option of being untapped?
