Any sweeper effect could be good. Anger of the Gods is especially really good against some creatures. Kitchen Finks, Eternal Witness and Voice of Resurgence are good creatures to take out.

Instant speed sweep could also be good. Like Volcanic Fallout.

If you really want to hate against it, Grafdigger's Cage. Though sweepers are arguably better since Grafdigger's Cage only crimps their Collected Company and Chord of Calling.

It's just an instant, anything that can deal with an instant will do.

other stuff: Blind Obedience, Declaration of Naught, Nevermore, Mindlock Orb (also crushes fetchlands), Orb of Dreams, Psychogenic Probe, Meddling Mage, Leonin Arbiter, Gaddock Teeg, Shadow of Doubt

Ixidron: I don't think Mindlock Orb or Shadow of Doubt will stop CoCo, since it doesn't search. Also, Blind Obedience and Orb of Dreams wont help a lot, since they will most likely cast it on end step and untap immediately after. The latter two would help if you are trying to avoid sudden blockers, though.

a good ol punch to the face or table flip usually works best...swift kick between the legs is also a viable option

Rest in Peace beats the combo, and Grafdigger's Cage cripples the CoCo. Without the combo and CoCo, it's just a bad aggro deck.

Grafdigger's Cage alone beats the combo and effectively counters Collected Company. Creatures can't enter the battlefield from the graveyard means Kitchen Finks stays dead.
