Recently back to Magic, playing Modern format

Hello fellow MTG players. I recently came back to MTG and decided to play in the Modern format. I've built up my deck collection rather quickly due to donations from my friends and finding some good value deals online. I have a couple of my decks (3/8) posted under my profile with more to come. I appreciate any comments, suggestions, or votes that people would make on my decks.
***Note: Not all of my decks are / will be for tournament play. The 2-3 that I own that are theoretically for tournament play are still budget minded (well pretty budget minded at least). Only 1 of those decks is currently on my profile (the one based off of Green Stompy). I game a lot with friends and try to come up with new and interesting decks that can hold their own, but won't break the bank.

Not in particular. My R/U deck Proc much? is the one that I'm tweaking currently, but I'm always open to feedback on any of my decks. Deck building / tweaking is just as fun as actually playing MTG for me!

Sorry I don't mean to be harsh, it's okay everybody has trouble when they first start using the forum. Don't worry about it, just read the forum descriptions before posting in each one next time to make sure you're using the correct one.
