So with my deck I am thinking of running Leyline of Sanctity as a 2 of for the burn and storm matchup. If I do this should I still run 2 Spellskite or should I cut it down to 1 since the main matchup it was gonna be at its best I have an answer for?
Spellskite is still amazing against both burn and storm, and it screw over so many other decks (hexproof enchantments, Splinter Twin etc), plus it's a 0/4 blocker who can save you against combat tricks. I'd keep it as a two-of in sideboard.
The biggest issue with Leylines is you want them in your opening hand, you really don't wanna be casting them Turn 4 or whatever. The advantage of course is that red has more artifact hate than enchantment hate, and Leylines dodge creature removal. I'd probably run both. Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek are still very common black openers, and shutting down discard effects before they can even start is huge. Black also has zero enchantment hate, and Abrupt Decay can't hit Leylines, they have to splash white for Disenchant or something like it.

it barely disrupts bloom, but it redirects their land targeting triggers from Slayers' Stronghold, potentially Kessig Wolf Run and Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion. it doesn't stop it but could add an extra turn or two, which may be all you need depending on the situation.

it isn't exactly the best choice, but it /can/ be a relevant card.

Spellskite is the definition of bad against storm. Run Relic of Progenitus against it instead. 'Skite is generally a better option than Leyline for most decks. It can screw with Hexproof, Burn, Twin and Zoo.

spellskite is good in a large amount of modern matchups. Run the two. it's good against burn, storm, it disrupts bloom, infect, twin's combo.... It's very, very good in modern.
