Suggestions and help with a Rougeish deck

So trying to get into modern competitively and like the way delver decks play so I wanted to build it. My first thought on colors were grixis but after proxing and play testing didn't like the black in there as much as I thought so thought about taking black put for white and thus is what I came up with:
If people that play in a lot of modern tournaments could just look over the deck and criticize the card chooses I made for white and in the side board I would really appreciate it.
