I have 4 Azorius Charm in my deck During your end step but it was suggested its weak in modern, I run only 2 creatures and the charm can benefit both. I am never going to use the lifelink ability (unless Chasm Skulker gets massive) but was after any suggestions on what may be a viable replacement if there is one.

Mana Leak, Path to Exile, Serum Visions, Gitaxian Probe, Spell Snare, etc. there are plenty of options and cards that can fit into a ub modern deck if you want options and variety I would suggest moving into a third color. Also out of curiosity what is the point of the off color scry lands if it's simply for the scry they will slow you down and do more harm than good in modern.

The off colour lands were just for scry, I am yet to update them sorry. I now have Hallowed Fountain

The problem with Azorius Charm is that while it has a few different modes, none of them are anything to write home about. As for card draw, there are much better options (see Serum Visions) and for removal, you want something that with just outright deal with a threat. Why would I pay 
for charm to get rid of something like a Siege Rhino which I'm then just going to see again next turn (something I really don't want happening) when I could just make it go away permanently for (see Path to Exile). Not to mention for I can cast both of these, set up my draw and make something straight up go away. Not to mention, what if they're not attacking with the problem creature?

This honestly just seems like a worse version of the standard deck from a while back.
