U/W Control Win Cons

Hey guys. I'm really quite new with building competitive decks, but one of my favourite decks to build has always been control. I was thinking maybe U/W? What are some staple cards I can start building around, and what are some typical win cons of a control deck in modern competitive? Thanks guys.
i guess you could technically win with a Snapcaster Mage :-)

Celestial Colonnade and Batterskull are the typical ones. If you include 
that gets you Keranos, God of Storms as well as the Splinter Twin combo.

If you want to run Counterspell...umm...I mean Silumgar's Scorn, you can run Dragonlord Ojutai. He dodges most removal outside of Path to Exile and Dismember maindeck and you can make him dodge Rending Volley and Combust with some clever tricks.

Dragonlord Ojutai, Celestial Colonnade, Gideon Jura and Elspeth, Sun's Champion should all be considerations for straight UW control.

By far, your best options are Celestial Colonnade and Restoration Angel.

Sphinx's Revelation? It's not a wincon, per se, but it puts you very ahead. But Geist, Colonnade, Clique, and Gideon look like the best. Unless the filibuster counter guy is your jam.

That depends on your deck's function, budget, etc.

Hero of bladehold
Tempered steel
Kira, great glass spinner
Veiling oddity, via suspend
Mirran Crusader
Consecrated Sphinx
Etc.

Also, as a blue player, clone spells are accessible. When In doubt play their stuff.

In my control deck I use Geists of Saint traft, myth revealed, monastary mentor, delver of Secrets, and entreat the angels.
